iCal Dupe Deleter pour Mac

Did not work in Ventura.

I can not get this to work. I have multiple calendar item duplicates/triplicates and this app goes through my calendars and apparently culls them, but when it is done, nothing has changed - I presume icloud syncing is either preventing the cull or is replacing slimmed calendars with old calendars with dupes. Manual deletion isn't an option - one of my calendars has 2500+ entries, so that's why I tried this app. there has to be some way to get around icloud forced sync and undoing this app's good work.

I have been using this program as MobileMe has populated my calendar entries over and over again to the tune of the tens of thousands and it has always served me well. I used it again yesterday and it deleted every single calendar entry back to 1998! Where does the program store its calendar backups and how do I import it back in?

This application found instances of duplication, created a "backup" calendar to fix the duplications, and apparently did so. However within seconds all the duplications returned (via iCloud sync). In the end, I had to go back and individually delete each duplication. I'm not sure whether this is the result of a limitation/bug in this application or in iCloud's syncing arrangement. Thus, I don't feel correct in giving any rating.

I have tried to use this software but it de-dupes so well that it deletes nearly every ical entry I have - I assumed that if I had say "dinner" in five times for tonight that it would delete four and leave one. But it removes all of them - am I doing something wrong?
